According to the ABS, Perth Residential Property Price on average increased 5.2% from Dec 2020 to Mar 2021 (3 months) and 9.0% from Mar 2020 to Mar 2021 (1 Year).

Houses increased 5.5% from Dec 2020 to Mar 2021 (3 months) and 9.9% from Mar 2020 to Mar 2021 (1 Year).

Attached Dwellings increased 3.9% from Dec 2020 to Mar 2021 (3 months) and 5.3% from Mar 2020 to Mar 2021 (1 Year).
